My personal slow living experience
First, let me tell you that I’m a work in progress!!! But, ever since I got saddled with chronic illness due to severe burnout, I’ve tried to take on this approach of slower living.
As you may be thinking while reading this, it’s much easier said than done!
But what I have learned is, it takes time to make slow living a habit. You won’t change overnight, but like any new skill, it takes focus, energy and dedication each day.
